Fishing

In Mid November 2018, we stocked the lake with 300 Walleye 6-8 inches, 175 Yellow Perch 4-6 inches, 175 Crappie 4-6 inches. We still have a good population of gizzard shad to feed the bass and walleye population.

Good luck during this 2020 fishing season here at Silver Lake. It should be a good one!

Please remember, there is still an overpopulation of carp, bluegill, and channel catfish as well as evidence of white perch, all of which should not be released back into the lake. Your cooperation in this will be very much appreciated!
